They held up just fine during the move, and held up better than thick people-please blankets. As well as quilts, we used rugs. There is no way you can pull duct tape off of them, so the "use once" designation is to avoid confusion. They rip like a band of thieves. Although the tape can be left on, you can reuse them next time by adding another layer of tape. I would definitely Compared to all the other options out there, this is a lot more affordable.
My furniture and paintings were moved with the help of these blankets. They will not damage the paint or insulate the furniture like plastic wrap, and will still provide a sufficient amount of cushioning to prevent scratches. There isn't much thickness here, so you can't rely on them to completely protect against dents, but they are thick enough to give protection against minor bumps and rubs. It is my first time using them, but I am confident they will hold up over a period of time.
Please DO NOT purchase if you are using them to make guinea pig liners! There is a big difference in the fabric of the pads compared to Uhaul ones! Softer and less absorbent than the ones we use at home. In most cases, they shrink down to less than half their original size after being washed. These cost me nearly 80 dollars, and I bought a lot of them. In the end, I asked for a refund after I realized they weren't right. It would be costly for me to pay for shipping and then be reimbursed upfront, and I cannot afford to do that. (Shipping would end up costing more than the item itself since it's over half my height and I couldn't They wound up going to someone else and I lost my money and the I am extremely disappointed.
It worked quite well for a move* It is soft and durable* I kept it with me in my vehicle and on hand in case of emergency.
As a result of a very sudden move, these blankets were ideal for us. Their presence has been a great blessing for me!.
This is a great item and a great price. It is a great size to wrap around.
It was a little thin, but it did its job as it should, and it protected our stuff well. In light of the fact that these were such good value for the money (and you'd have to pay considerably more for something a few mm thicker), I highly If you have precious possessions, then it is probably best to double up on these. They are nowhere near as heavy as a "heavy" moving blanket.
There is no need to replace them. There is a decent weight and size to them.
