In an attempt to find a place that sells the shed with the locks, we tried there, however you cannot buy them separately. You have to purchase the entire lock set.
Please e-mail us as soon as your order is placed Send an email to our warehouse requesting keyed alike handles, and we'll do it if there are orders for two or three handles.
My instructions came with this product, so it is very simple to replace. I can use it with no problem.
There are two keys that I have, each with a different key. There are distinct numbers engraved on the back of each piece, so I know which one to use for which It's possible the issue has to do with the fact that the locks were purchased several years apart. I would contact the manufacturer to get an answer.

I have purchased this handle for my outside storage building on three occasions. I really like the product and it does just what it's supposed to do. My key keeps getting broken off in the lock three times already because I keep leaving it in the lock, and the wind catches it and it slams against the side of the door. This is an item I would recommend.
The mounting bracket has threaded holes on the outside only so it can be mounted to an outside shed door. However, this knob comes with screws for mounting it on the outside. Is the only way to mount it from the outside provided with screws? QA is not up to standard. The mount can be mounted from within or outside. Having the bracket only be able to be mounted from the inside, and then giving you screws that do not fit, is not a good idea. The tracks had to be drilled out to mount this to the outside of my shed, and some of the old hardware had to be reused. It would not be a purchase I would make.
