I loved how easy it was to install and how well it works! I simply want to give Shed Supply 10 stars not just for the product, but for the service as well. It's a pleasure to work with them! Although my order was shipped, it was listed as "delivery confirmed," but I have not yet received it! The numerous calls to USPS to retrieve my package and have it delivered to me turned out to be a waste of time. A couple of quick emails to Shed Supply (with VERY prompt responses) resulted in my replacement set being delivered even more quickly! Shutter Supply is great! Thanks a lot! Although the handle sets were great EXCEPT that they were not designed to fit my expectations, they do function as they should. Their 4 stars come from the fact that the shank (where the handle mounts on the inside of the door) is not long enough to directly replace the handle I had on the door before. To determine the necessary width of the shed door, I needed the width plus 3 in my case. I needed to make the surface between the inside handle and the frame 5 inches wide, and the handle set I bought did not have that feature. I therefore had to install a catch on the inside of the door frame to fit, which works but The product is good, but I wish one of the handles had a bit more depth. Otherwise, overall I'm satisfied with it.

The locking mechanism on this product is extremely sensible, but the product is quite sturdy. My key chain has about four keys on it, so it might be because I have a lot of keys. If you lock or unlock the door, the locking mechanism activates when the weight of the key is applied. It's also a bit difficult to use the keyhole. The process of getting it into the machine takes some effort. Other than the loading mechanism, the product is easy to install and works as expected.
