Yes, there are two pieces that are similar to this - one for each side of the screen door that slides open. I replaced all four of these wheels, and the door now functions perfectly.
A quarter-inch width and a one-inch diameter are used.
No - According to the above images, this is not the same as the above and would not be a suitable replacement.

I removed our old sliding patio screen door because it had become too difficult to manage. That was the correct decision because it kept falling off the track. I was about to replace the whole thing when I noticed one of the wheels was broken, so I figured I'd spend a few bucks replacing those before attempting to find a door that's the right size, which is surprisingly difficult. br>br>Installation is incredibly simple, though I had to be careful with one of the original screws because the soft metal refused to cooperate with the screwdriver. However, once I had the old ones out of the way, putting the new ones in was a breeze. The quality appears to be excellent, and it is unquestionably superior to standard plastic rollers. It now rolls very smoothly, so when the weather warms up again, I'll be able to keep my French doors open. br>br>Please keep in mind that there are several different types of rollers, so make sure you get the right ones. I was on the verge of ordering the wrong kind, but I double-checked and discovered these. Get the metal wheels if at all possible.
These were used to replace nylon wheels that had become worn. These are "high tension," which means they will protrude further from the bottom or top of the door to support a heavier load. I had to bend the bracket (Z shaped strip of bent metal that attaches to the door frame) of the new wheels slightly to match the angle of the old bracket because my old wheels were not high tension (had no idea when I made the purchase). It's now perfect, and the screen moves as smoothly as it did before.
Pella arrived and informed us that the wheels would not be replaced and that we should instead purchase new screen doors. That's absurd because the screen doors are in good working order; all they need are new wheels to replace the rusted ones. We purchased a large quantity of these, installed them, and they worked flawlessly.
Perfect fit Rollers for an 8-year-old screen door that had not been repaired. For the previous eight years, our in-laws' door had been broken. We looked for the Rollers on Amazon, and they were, of course, available. I ordered them, and they arrived on time and were a perfect fit for the door. The door is now in excellent working condition. Amazon is to be commended.
I'm using these steel rollers on a Pella nylon track, which is probably not a good idea, but it seems to work fine; they're much better than the cheap nylon rollers, which are noisy and have a lot of play. These replaced Prime Line B 756 stainless steel rollers that had been on the screen door for nearly 6 years, and they were half the price. I don't believe these are stainless steel, as they have an almost bronze like coloring to them compared to the stainless rollers they replaced, so we'll see how they hold up over time. br>br>It's worth noting that the old Prime Line B 756 stainless rollers were replaced only because someone unwittingly used a pressure washer to clean the.
My sliding screen door's previous rollers were made of plastic, and they were broken by children running into it. I don't think there'll be any issues with these. These were incredibly simple to install and ride much smoother than the plastic ones. They have a very low resistance to rolling. This product met my expectations and I would recommend it to others. br>br>Before you buy, make sure the form factor will work for your application.
On my screen sliding door, the bottom wheels are perfect replacements. The bottom two wheels of our screen door had both broken off after more than 17 years, and we were on the verge of having to replace it entirely. However, we soon realized that the wheels simply needed to be replaced. It's super simple and a lot less expensive than buying a new door. Two wheels are included in each pack. I strongly advise purchasing these components and completing the project yourself. It opens and closes smoothly as if it were a brand new door!.
