Questions & Answers

Does "pet-" denote the same thing as "pet" Is there evidence?

I do not have any pets, so my answer is probably I don't. With the way the screening is held in place, it pretty much has to come out easily when it is removed (I used tubing and a staple gun). However, you are probably curious whether it will stay intact after tearing. I don't think so. The edges of it tore as I tried to pull the fabric taut while installing it. It is likely that a cat would do the same or worse if it was hanging on it.

What is wrong with the picture? It looks brown. Would you consider this the basic charcoal color for your window screens?

You'll find it black or charcoal

Can it be used with a 36 by 93 ?

The door is likely to be too wide for a 93" cabinet. The installation of the equipment in an opening taller than 82 inches is difficult. A fabric that measures 84" tall is used, and the spline channels consume at least 3/8" of fabric per channel. The screen was rolled into an 82" opening that left only 5/8" at top and bottom to clip, clamp, or tape the screen in place while it was rolled in. I don't think it will fit a 93" screen door that has just 82" of open space, so it will not Separately available are spline, screening, and rolling tools as well as rolls of screen in larger sizes.

Nevertheless, this is not sufficient for an 8' screen door, so how can I make it work?

This is another kit that Amazon sells 59" x 106" on Senneny. The screen material is a little bit different from the previous one.

That seems scary at first, but it's really easy when you use The program works perfectly! It was just enough to replace one screen door with the $10 set that was on sale for $10
5/5

The screen of the daycare I run was literally smashed by the visiting child. My door would cost me $65 if I had to replace the whole thing. Since I am poor, I decided to try it out. ***You can watch a YouTube video on how to replace an LCD screen at SeeJaneDrill There is no better person than her for dumbing things down without making you feel like a fool! Although I hate DIY and fix anything, my poorness and cheapness got the better of me, and I decided to give it a try. *Watch the video first to see how easy it is!.

I think it works just fine, but I think you should be aware of Although the installation instructions were not very helpful, and some of them contradict each other, I was still able to do so
4/5

An instructional video on how to install a door screen can likely be found on YouTube. While the screen was nice and taut when I first installed it, I was still able to see the fold lines if I looked edge-on. Screens are on the left and right. If those aren't removed by using a warm iron and a cloth over the screen, it may be possible to press them out first. I do not know how the reviewer managed to tear the screen with the tool, so it sounds like they lost control. When I taped up the screen temporarily with masking tape, I found that I could push the screen into the grooves and force the spline in, without issue.

Material quality is not the best, but it does what it is meant to do

I received this product quickly through Prime and installed it without any issues. I removed the old patio screen door screen easily. Although the instructions are fairly clear, there are YouTube videos you can watch if you're a bit more self-assured There is a low sense of confidence in the ability to succeed. There is one thing I would recommend not using, which is to not use the tool provided. It is made of cheap plastic and has jagged Almost as soon as I was done with the screen, I realized that the Jagged Edges from the wheel had cut into the screen and that I had to patch it. There goes the brand new screen you were hoping to have without any As opposed to using the tool, gently and slowly insert the spline using a very small flat headed screwdriver or press the spline using your fingers first and then use the screwdriver to complete the process. You should be careful not to tear the fiberglass screen, as it is very delicate and very easy to tear.

I was able to install it without any problems

Whether it will hold up will have to be seen in time. Some years ago, a stray cat ( that was looking for attention) destroyed our patio screen. It had been a while since I had fixed it, so after much procrastination I finally decided it was time. When I searched YouTube for videos on how to do this, I found many different ways to do I decided to give this product a shot since none of them seemed too complicated for me. A very easy process of installing the screen was involved To replace the screen and spline, remove the handle (save it), old screen and old spline (toss them a new screen and spline are included in the kit). The screen should be centered over the door, and the spline should be pushed into the groove in small strokes. Keep the screen tight but leave a little slack between the pieces or it might tear. This is not a difficult task (and it was not that difficult to put the door back into the frame) A small "rail" is often found on the center of some door frames so that the rollers can run on top. In that case, and if your door is only on the top track or bottom track, slide it into the track first. Angle the door and slide it in that way. To install the door, first move it to a vertical position and then use a flat screwdriver to push the rollers on the other side into place so that the door There are people who complain about the tool and come up with disasters while repairing When cutting excess screen, a sharp box knife makes a world of difference, and I recommend one. I found the tool to be quite sufficient for the job and would recommend short strokes while installing the spline.

You will not see any crease lines at all! I am in love with I love it so much! Despite being folded, not a single line is marked! It's tight as a drum! I really like how sturdy it is! We like the plastic wheels on the tool over metal, since the screen will not be cut as easily when we're installing our new screen
5/5

I definitely plan on purchasing the screen if this brand sells it on its own! I love how it looks so much better than the dusty old one, it is so see-through it looks fantastic! It has made the whole room brighter and more open!.

A decent piece of material
4/5

Our RV door has a screen that needs replacing so I bought this to replace it. are plenty of materials to cover the entire door or to cover several panels at once. There is also extra rubber holding material to get the job done. There are no issues with that either, as the roller is a bit flimsy but works. It is better to roll in the rubber seal slowly while someone holds the screen flat. This will keep the wrinkles at bay. It was okay except for a small hole 1/2 inch long and 1/8 inch wide throughout where a couple of strands of screen came apart. I had enough screen left to work around it if I had seen it in time, however I had almost finished the door when I noticed Because of its obscurity, I missed it at first, which explains why it's so hard to spot if you don't know where to look. However, I decided to use it since we were heading out camping the next weekend but it impacted my rating enough to knock off a star. I learned the following Make sure that you examine the entire screen before attempting to install! If you removed the little defect, I would purchase it again despite the.

Roller tool lacks functionality, but screen and spline functions well
4/5

After I saw how easy it is to use this, I bought it to replace a torn window screen. Kits like this one are a good value because of the amount of screen material and spline you get in them. Considering I only had to create a smallish window screen, there was a lot left over for another project as well as more for any future requirements. I like the screen because it is of good quality and matches the standard black screen we have on all our We did not use the spline from this kit for the window I rescreened since it was brand new. However, it does seem to be stronger and of a better quality than the spline in our existing windows, which is why we are keeping it for the future. This tool has the drawback of being more difficult to use. It is sometimes desirable to use plastic rollers with fiberglass screen in lieu of a metal roller because a metal roller might cut the screen. A few "burrs" of plastic were present on the convex side of the roller, but it was easily removed by filing. While my metal roller tool worked better, I still found that a hand tool did a stronger job of creasing the screen into the groove before assembling.
