Apparently in one review the roller was not rated well because the hinge made the roller up too high for it to fit in the track. Well, the customer had no idea that each hinge on the door has a different height for the roller so the door can move freely up and down. There is a number on each hinge. The only hinge I needed was the number 3 hinge, and that is what I have here. My door was fixed in no time thanks to it. It's a good thing hinges are sold separately so I did not have to buy a lot of them!.
