A ridgeway mantel clock is on my mantel. I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the model number. I am very pleased with the clock that I ordered. The key works on all ridgeway mantel clocks, according to the information I received.

I have a Seth Thomas German movement ship's clock for wall mounting that belonged to my father. Is this the right combination of letters?

It's not a big deal - This key is inexpensive; I bought one and it fits my Howard Miller mantle clock as well as my grandfather clock, which is 150 years old.

On an old Seth Thomas Mantle clock, where can I find the number stamping for the works?

If your Seth Thomas mantle clock has a removable back panel like mine, it slides to one side and then comes out, and there's a paper stamp with a number number stamped on it. In addition, there is a stamped on the metal clock gear housing that I discovered when I removed my wooden back panel. I did notice, however, that the two figures are not the same. I believe the manufacturing seal on the back wooden panel is the location where the clock was assembled (mine was the Seth Thomas by Talley Industries, a Division of General Time Corp.). I'm thinking about my parents

Fortunately, I read the reviews before bringing my late Daddy's GM 25th anniversary clock in to be repaired. It was only a matter of winding it up that I needed to do. with the help of this key Last year, I lost both of my parents within a few months of each other. br>So when the key arrived, I couldn't believe it when it turned on right away. Hearing the chimes brought back memories of my parents and growing up. I would advise anyone who has inherited such a treasure to try winding it before taking it to a repair person.

The key was a perfect fit for the clock. I purchased the clock from a long-distance friend, who failed to provide me with the key and paperwork that she had promised. So, I got this key that turns the clock backwards. The timepiece is an antique German timepiece.

I learned from the product descriptions that not all Seth Thomas clocks require the same key. The clocks made in Germany, I believe, take the number seven. So I get the key and find that it fits, and a family heirloom is once again operational. I appreciate the extra effort put forth in publicizing the keys; It wasn't a large purchase, but Amazon is where I get a lot of my stuff. I keep coming back for more because of the excellent service you provide. It was the wrong size, and it didn't fit on my clock

It was an excessively large object. However, I kept it in case it can be useful to someone else. Returning to the store would be prohibitively expensive.
