I simply hoped that one of the keys would fit. one did.
Although some hex type keys can be used to open door latches, their primary purpose is to wind mechanical clock movements. My smallest clock is wound by the smallest key size 2, while the next-to-largest clock is wound by the grandfather clocks. I either misplaced or never had the original keys because I bought them from a store. If a person loses a key like this, it's best to use these because you can be fairly certain that at least one size will fit.
I can wind all of my clocks using the sizes on the winders.
I'm afraid I don't have any idea. If you have the clock, measure the winding stub straight across in mm (a caliper will come in handy here.) There's a good chance that one of the ten options will work. JRP, I'm afraid I'm not certain.
