I'm in love with these. My goal was to get something unique, and these hit the mark!.
The hardware is heavy and nice. I really like this design and how easy it is to set up. Although I have never bought a Gatco product before, my immediate reaction on opening the box was that someone at this company takes his or her business seriously. It comes with anchors that expand behind the wall so that it can be mounted behind drywall. Not those small plugs that just break off the first time you try to pull It also works if the anchors need to be screwed into studs, as the screws are long enough for that. Well, my husband installed these towel holders yesterday, after our bathroom was updated with some updates. My husband and I just bought these towel holders about two or three months ago. As a result, the mounting bracket is too small for the base of the holder, so you can not tighten the tiny screw that comes with it, and the holder just falls off. I had to paint a gold screw in order to cover up the mess, but it still shows up. Despite that, the entire piece continues to move. As a result of the bracket being too small, the error occurs. In my attempt to straighten the knob, I tried to loosen the bolt from behind with an Allen key, but it's so tight that it isn't moving at all.
