When I bought this towel ring, it was listed The product is in like new conditions and has been In the repackaging, I assumed that all pieces would be enclosed, but it was unfortunate that the essential wall bracket and hanging pieces were not included. It turns out that this particular bracket is a specialty item, which I had no problem finding at hardware stores. My issue was resolved quickly by Delta, who was very helpful. The ONLY reason why I gave 2 stars in this review is that you failed to include an Delta's assistance is responsible for a 1 star rating, while Amazon is responsible for a 2 star rating. It was sloppy of Com Services LLC to repackage the product. Buying repackaged products can pose a risk to the buyer.
The product is very good quality at a good price. I paid $18 for it. It is priced at $199, which is more than it is worth, but it is common for Delta at all the home improvement stores. This is the same collection that I bought my new sink and tub hardware from. The fact that it is available on Amazon surprised me.
towel ring could not be attached to the wall plate with the set screw. As I attempted to purchase longer set screws, the set screws did not work. I have now reached the end of the return window. I am completely out of luck. The following other Delta products were purchased by me It worked out fine for the towel bars, toilet paper holders that attached to the wall with set screws.
Towel racks are very helpful for organizing towels. Yesterday I ordered a second one. This week, it will be installed by my handyman. I ordered a second one after I was so pleased with the first one, so I could add it to our powder room. A very good packaging job was done.
We did our whole bathroom this way. This is an easy to install software. I would definitely recommend it.
I chose this color for our Spanish style powder room because it is very nice and fits the style perfectly.
There is no comparison between quality and excellence.
