The location of the screws for decorate plates is in front of the junction box frame, so they need to be very short. It is very difficult to use a longer screw due to the limited depth. In the event of a long screw being used in a decora plate, the bracket for the switch or receptacle may pull away from the wall or the threads on the screw may be shredded. I'm afraid that short screws are not included in this package of screws, which is why you need to use them.
Screws for finishing plates are the only components of the kit. Electrical wiring is not possible with this kit because it does not include screws.

Although the hardware works, if you care what the play cover looks like I would get a different set of There is almost a translucent white and yellow color to the ivory and white coatings on the heads. My next purchase would not be a repeat.
All of my plumbing in my house just got replaced, and I also installed some new electrical switches. To be honest, I didn't know exactly what I would need for the plates. Thus, I wanted a good selection of screws for them. It was nice having a variety of lengths along with matching painted heads screws for the new Alexa wall switches that I installed along with others. The price is too good to be true. There will be various screw covers for my switch plate covers with odd-shaped screws you will find throughout my house because I either lost the white one that came with the plate or because the one that was included was just too short for my wonky outlet and switch covers. This assortment pack was finally the solution for me since I'd gotten tired of it. My house has several covers so I could fix them all with the cover I purchased. This cover was reasonably priced and comes in several sizes. It will be great to keep this on hand in case I need to replace any of the plate covers at some point in the future, since the screws that come with new plates are usually Also, the handy organizer that comes with them is a plus!.
As a matter of fact, it is hard to distinguish between the two. It is also not available in any color for ultra short decorator style screws.
It's nice to have the two color choices to choose from because depending on the wall plate I need ivory or white. It also has a handy container which is divided into individual compartments that are labeled for different screw types and lengths. For your information My order may have been fulfilled with more containers than I had.
The screw set I received was good, but the package had enough gap between the lid and the slots for screws to move around, so it was not organized at all when it arrived to me.
As advertised, the screws work as expected. It arrived in a damaged box containing screws. The packaging of the item was terrible. A large number of loose screws were included, but it is unknown if anything was lost. The plastic container could have been more sturdy.
The quality of the case is good. Even though the screws aren't the best, they did the job and their price is hard to beat.
