A 200W Etekcity outlet was only capable of powering a small heater in the bathroom, and one of the outlets cannot accept more energy than that. Because they were not rated for this much power, they would burn out after a year or two. There is a max rating of 1875 Watts on these Dewenwils outlets, so I am hoping they will provide me with a longer service life. The outlet that was not functional out of the box was one of the 3. The other two units were easy to program before plugging in lamps, and they work well. They have two remotes and can control lamps in a far off room as well.
