The product has been rigorously tested to meet or exceed UL943 and An innovative system prevents the GFCI from being reset after it has reached the end of its useful life. By reverse wiring prevention, there is no power at the GFCI outlet, and there is no power downstream if the LINE or load is wrongly wired. With the use of high-impact resistant thermoplastic materials and a rational structure design, the product is guaranteed to provide
It is easy to install, since all screws have been loosened for ease of installation. Before wiring, there is no need to loosen the screws counterclockwise. Compact and easy to use A lot of the walls in the apartment I live in are covered in old metal box walls
5/5

It turned out that the standard GFCI outlet (15 amp) simply would not fit in the recessed GFCI outlet. The fuse panel (20 amp breaker on this circuit) looked okay, therefore we ordered the breaker and it went in without any problems. The aluminum wall box fits well into those old metal wall boxes, and if it's plugged into a newer box with a lot of wires coming in, it will free up quite a bit of space there as well. Even though this is a slightly smaller than standard sized cover plates, it should still cover all of the information In the picture, the scratches in the chair were caused by building maintenance and a box he tried to wedge into it.

It has a smaller footprint than comparable products
4/5

This review would have been a 5 star if it weren't for the following factors. It is possible to loop the wires around the screws and tighten them. It is also possible to insert the wire ends into the sockets' appropriate holes at the rear by keeping the wire ends straight. Initially, this seems to be the easiest and most fool proof method however, unless the socket is positioned so that the internal plates attached to the screws are aligned correctly, the wire will not be held in place when you tighten the screw/plate. If you are pulling out the wires after tightening the screws, that is a good indication that the screws need to be tightened.

I have a very difficult time using screw terminals
3/5

To connect new wire to the screw terminals, the wire hangs loose, making it very difficult to wrap wire around the screw terminal. The screws do not unscrew and lengthen like normal outlets, but you have to turn the outlet upside down to allow gravity to lengthen the screw to connect the wire. Very difficult to operate. I personally like to connect the wire to the terminals using screw terminals, but you can definitely stick wire into hole and that will probably work fine. This will demonstrate what I mean to you quickly if you purchase it.

The 20A GFCI is great
5/5

A kitchen outlet like this is installed here. Wiring the duplex and GFCI outlets together was very easy to install due to how the wiring went to the outlet first, then to the double GFCI outlet afterward to protect both outlets. You can find on the back of the outlet a clear mark showing which side of the outlet is for connecting to the line voltage and which side is for connecting to the load (you need to remove the tape first). We hope we will never need to use them for their intended purpose, but clicking its test button tells us that they are likely to.

I could not get the script to I need to replace the load tape
3/5

My panel blew out 3 fuses due to this outlet and I can only assume it was due to the reset button not working. Since I stopped getting power through it, I can't use There were four of them and all were This one kept the screws on, but my last one did not. I couldn't get the screws to stay even when I tried hard.

As an electrician, I do not know what to do
5/5

Useing it for at least a month plus, it was super simple to install and seems to be of high quality. I ran full electrical tests on it and it worked. *** It runs perfectly on my 3k tower desktop PC and consumes a lot of power without In spite of the fact that I am not an electrician, I spent 120 hours studying, purchasing the equipment, and then testing the equipment. It's very fun to watch this stuff.

My part is defective

I got the wrong Although I installed it, it was not able to provide constant current. My device kept turning on and off when the device switched on and off. I made sure the voltage was constant on my meter.
