When you pull the red line cap, the wire will not disconnect, even if the red line is connected with a wire on one side. This makes me want to take tape out of my life

This is the first time I have used one of these The tape was used on two short pulls, a 1/2" rigid pull and a 1/2" seal tight pull. Already, I am tempted to stop using tape. I hope it works equally well on longer pulls as well.
