yes, this box is designed with four mounting holes for it to be mounted on the wall. You only have to drill holes in the concrete wall, then screw the box into the drilled holes, and it will be attached. Figure 3 shows what your reference picture should look like (if you have one)

It was quite pleased with the way it accepted painting (Krylon Fusion) and assembly punching of the required holes without cracking.
