Are there any options for mounting this flush with a 2040 or 4040 ?

A M4 screw is used with M4 T-screws This mount can be mounted across a 2040 or 4040 extrusion with nuts. Since the slots on the motor mount are 40mm apart, if you want to mount the motor lengthwise you will need a 2060 extrusion. There are 65mm of space on the mount.

What is the height of the centerline of the stepper shaft after the bracket is attached to the nema34?

A rough estimate. The distance from the bottom of the plate to the center is 15". This is probably an exact measurement of 55mm

Could you please provide me with CAD The bracket has mounting holes, and I would like to know the distance between the holes. ?

The length is five inches, and the width is one inch. The dimensions of the frame are 25 inches wide by two feet tall. Between the centers of the two pillars, the distance is 7425 inches.

Are the slots separated by a certain amount of distance?

There is a great deal of tolerance

The mounting solution I used for my NEMA 34 closed loop stepper didn't include an image because I was not able to use it. A motor bracket needs to be strong and durable, which is precisely what this one is. A slight variation in the hole pattern on this bracket is creating a problem in the squareness. If it hadn't worked for my application, I could have drilled it out and shimmered it. I decided that it was not worth my time to try to "get closer". Since I had to make my own motor mount anyway, I bought the one you see here so I didn't have to fabricate one. The bracket won't change my life, but if I'm ever doing a bulk the tolerances are very loose, I'll keep the bracket in mind.

Unlike aluminum lookalikes, they are made from plastic My stepper motors mounted right on top of the brackets, and they are all strong and reliable. It's another terrific offer. I appreciate it.

The metal bar is made of heavy gauge steel (6 mm thick) and painted black, thus making it a perfect match for Nema 34 steppers.

I was very happy with how fast the delivery was and how frequent the updates were. The mounts are of good quality. The mounting screws were included, which was nice.
