The software works perfectly. There is no problem with this breaker at all. When ordering online, please check the compatibility of your breaker box, as returns can cost more than the breaker itself. It isn't just the price that causes concern, but the cost of products that are supplied. This exact model is being sold on other sites for twice as much as it is on Amazon.
