In the case of the 1/4" thick version, I would suggest a sharp utility knife and a straight edge made of metal. If you want to completely cut through the rubber, you would need to score the rubber several times. Keep your fingers safe by using light pressure and always remember to keep your blades away from your face when using sharp tools.

The perfect solution for my problems.
I found a real problem with the sheet, as it is not square, which mattered for my application. For those who will need to use the entire sheet, or those using most of its area for cutting out squared pieces, this will need to be considered. Even a naked eye can instantly see it, it is more than just a tiny deviation.
In terms of Shore Durometer hardness, Neoprene is relatively flexible and has a Shore Durometer hardness of 60-70 The hardness of the rubber is about 65(A), about the same as that of auto tires or orthopedic rubber A ring.
I have no idea how the "adhesion" rating affects the rating. I have attached a blank sheet of paper There is no adhesive used. I used Hylomar to assemble the gasket.
Using this, I cut rectangles to stick between the springs of my Ford F150, since there was noise from suspension when I went over bumps and dips in the road. The noise has been completely eliminated.
It worked like a charm.
The leaf springs in my truck were making loud noises, so I had to purchase this product to reduce it. My utility knife helped me cut the squares to 3x3 and insert them between the Noise will no longer be an issue.
Product is good rubber is quite expensive. It would be best for it to ship flat, but they roll it up. It's hard to keep it The no-slip inserts I made for my car compartments are made with this product. To prevent my bed from sliding on my hard wood floor when I lay down, or when my dog runs through the house jumping onto my bed, I cut tiny disks and glue them under the bed posts. I find it very useful.
During the truck battery installation, I needed a dense piece of thin rubber mat in order to protect the battery. In addition to my Odyessy battery, I purchased a custom steel battery box. Despite the mat's thickness, the locking bracket couldn't be prevented from sliding over the battery because it was only 1/16 thick. I made it rock solid now and it doesn't move.
The gaskets were used to replace cork gaskets on an old ship lantern that had been sitting for 70+ years. Getting started is easy due to the material's high degree of pliability. Regular scissors can be used to cut this material. Excellent product. Very happy with it.
