They are great! I like them a lot. Looking at building a basement workout room with these, I bought enough for about a sixth of the space, just to see if I like them before spending money on them. Put them down and love them once they had arrived. My original order of ten more of these items has been out of stock for quite some time. I had to order I got a better price and free shipping too, compared to the previous price.

This set of pads is especially handy for the home gym we have setup in our basement. They give our old knees a good layer of cushioning, which is really helpful for our aging joints! After an hour out of the bag, there was no odor, and the bag was easy to lift and store when not in use.

That is a very nice Traditional mats like this do not provide as good of a grip as this mat does

Furthermore, it can also provide better cushioning for softer landings and the reduction of impact when you're doing jumping exercises. I have used it for a couple of weeks, but so far it appears to be thick and durable.
