Do you know if this product can be installed on concrete outdoors?

Tiles made from foam tend to be flimsy and not as durable as stone tiles. I have them covering the uneven concrete floor of my basement and they do a good job of warming up the area, however, they nick easily, and I do not think they would be weather-resistant for prolonged exposure to outdoor weather.
