Make sure to test a small piece of the product on an inconspicuous area first. The strips work almost like 3M command strips, so I think you'd be able to use them. By pulling away from itself, the silicone will release, and it will come clean off.
Dirt and sand may eventually weaken it, but I think it's worth a shot.
There is very little width to this tape, but it is very sticky. A person sleeping on a mattress topper wouldn't be able to keep it in place with the movement. It is ideal to place rugs under them. Rugs are a heavy material while a topper is not so stationary.

This fabric is very thin and you can't flatten it out because it folds so easily onto itself. Forget scissors, the directions say tear it, and it will fold easily onto itself since it is so thin. The color is also yellow! Since it is not clear, it shows through any surface, and leaves a yellow stain on the surface. Who wants double sided yellow tape? To make sure that the tape does not show, double-sided tape is often used. used it to keep the floor cover for my desk chair in place on my rug/floor, but with yellow strips that will not stay flat, and it looks awful on my entry carpet, since the yellow color of the tape ruins it. Another negative of adhesion is that it is not strong, difficult to cut, and does not lay flat because it curls on itself. I am very disappointed in this.
If you want to clean your nails, use fingernail polish remover. Does what it says on the tin. It does a great job, and I'm pleased. After using it to adhere carpet to rugs for about a month, I really like the way it works. On track and right on target!.
The tedious process of straightening it out several times a day got to me. I started wearing it a few months ago and it has not moved since. Since the tape is yellow, you'll be able to see it if your mat is clear (like mine). Honestly, I don't know what to say. The interface is simple and easy This is a very sticky issue. The deck/porch floor of our covered deck/porch is covered by two large woven plastic mats. They were constantly being blown around by the wind. It was difficult trying to hold the mats down after I rearrange furniture and flower pots. It took me a while to find this material. To attach each rectangular mat to the floor, I taped the ends. We don't need to blow around any more. Staying put is their way of life. Additionally, I use it inside to tape area rugs to the floor, and I can easily vacuum them without getting a vacuum cleaner sucked into their corners. I am very happy with the way this works. I give this a 5 out of 5.
It is the only rug tape I have found that actually fixes my stubborn rugs. I highly recommend it.
I'm trying to work with a sticky document but it's extremely irritating. You must be careful when cutting or working with it, as it has a tendency to twist around. In my opinion, be wary if you are using it on tile/plastic or any surfaces that are prone to tearing. It was used to hold my bathroom scale without it sliding all over the floor, using very tiny pieces of it. After I placed it, I was able to remove it quite easily in order to shift it. I don't know how it will be after this but I haven't weighted it for a while yet.
With this product, I was able to keep a carpet runner from slipping over wall to wall carpeting. My installation took only ten minutes and I was very pleased with the results.
