To extend my 8' garage door, I got this extension kit. A rubber belt in addition to a set of clips is included with the kit, which replaces the middle rod in the original kit. You must make sure the rubber belt is not installed the.

The garage door extension kit you receive is from a trustworthy brand and features a very reasonable price tag, little noise, and no frills. It was an easy installation, no complaints there, but it will take a little time to find out if it is as useful as it seems to be. I may decide to replace my very loud Genie garage door opener with another beamUP if it continues to function this well in the future.

The extension does not fit the The garage door opener that came with the product doesn't fit the replacement, and their "customer service" didn't bother me to call me again to discuss it

My sixth message to them prompted me to stop contacting them by phone and email. It would not be advisable to use this extension or company. As soon as I first received the opener, I really liked It would have been better if things had turned out differently.
