I didn't use them near their rated weight limit, but they did a good job of lifting a 500-pound table saw so I could attach a mobile base to it. I'd order a shackle or something to go with them if I used them again, because using two of these on the hook of a 1 ton Harbor Freight chain hoist was a little crowded.
These were purchased to assist in the suspension of a swing between two trees, and they worked fantastically. The swing has been in place for several weeks and has yet to move. There was a kit available that included everything you needed to hang the swing, but I found all of the individual pieces and purchased them separately, saving $30. This is fantastic.
Strong. The snatch block kit would benefit from this addition. Two days ago, I used one to hold my tail. I was hooked up to the winch cable and used it to pull my truck out of a situation where it shouldn't have been.
I was able to move all of my equipment without a hitch! They're high-quality and a wise investment if you're transporting heavy machinery or similar items.
