This was just received on July 10th, 21. There is a magnetic strip on the rectangle tray. This is perfect for storing fasteners or small tools, as you can see in the video.

Attaching it to a ladder is impossible because there is nothing to hold it in place. There's nothing holding it in place other than gravity and due to how light it is, it is very easy to knock it out of place. This would be a perfect accessory if it came with clips to attach it to the ladder rung. I like the size, and I like the fact that there are plenty of holes for hanging tools. Nevertheless, if you knock it loose with tools on it, then you'd better hope there is no one below you because they're about to have a bad day.
It has made my life so much easier to have this little tray! Though it may not be the best quality, it seems to be sturdy and durable (holds up to 25 lbs, so be careful). When not in use, the ladder can be folded and stored inside the folded ladder.
