It is possible to fit 5 different versions of the same dishwasher with 2 different pieces of washer rinse. For GE to make sure the part is correct, the entire model number is needed. Four versions of this unit use this part (WD12X10163) and one uses If you don't know the full model number, you can't be assured which one it uses.

When the door of my dishwasher stopped latching, I decided to replace the factory piece with this dishwasher detergent dispenser. Found the YouTube video and spent about half an hour (or less) watching it. Voila, the screen worked like new again! I have a white dishwasher, but is the color really important?
