What is the gpm (gallons per minute) or lpm (liters per minute) capacity of this system? How long can you operate on a single charge?

The DCC020IB inflator is capable of inflating a car tire (235-pound capacity). 45r17) from 0 to 35 PSI in 4 minutes and 38 seconds, or a truck tire (275-45r17) from 0 to 35 PSI in 4 minutes and 38 seconds. 45r17) takes 8 minutes and 15 seconds to go from 0 to 35 PSI. Given what it does not include, the price is WAY too high: *There will be no brushless motor (why should there be? )br>*There is no AC power cord ($30 for an accessory power cord? You've got to be kidding!) )br>*NO easy snap-on connector (the Slime 20332 Inflator Hose Adapter works fine

The majority of what I expected from DeWalt; when they say bare tool, they really mean bare tool
4/5

It does say that the battery, AC adapter, and charger are sold separately at the end of the description, but it does say that it comes with a battery in the specifications section. That is not the case. I have batteries and chargers because I use DeWalt power tools. The lack of an ACC plug for use in cars, on the other hand, is an insult to the customer and DeWalt's reputation for quality. Every other portable air compressor I looked at had an ACC plug for use in a car. Given that the battery and charger aren't included, it's natural to assume that this one will come with an ACC cord. As a result, I gave it a four-star rating. The compressor performs admirably and has a number of useful features, but it cannot be used right out of the box unless you already own some DeWalt 20V tools. I have drills, grinders, vacuums, and saws from the 20V collection, so I can keep it; however, DeWalt, please include the ACC cord!.

Another tool from Dewalt that is of high quality
5/5

This is a tool that you absolutely must have. Today, I inflated all four tires on my SUV, and they performed admirably. I like how the hose end is threaded so that if you attach it to your car tire and it tips over, it won't pop off your valve stem. It's simple to thread and has a strong hold. br>br>As soon as you connect the hose to your valve stem, the digital readout displays the tire pressure. It will display the pressure to the tenth pound per square inch (32. The pressure ranges from 0 to 32 psi. 1 psi to 32 psi is the pressure range. 2 psi, then 32 psi, and so on. The pressure will rise to 9 psi before dropping to 33 psi). It can be programmed to stop in 1/2 psi increments (32. 5 psi – 33 psi – 33 psi – 33 psi – 33 p 5 psi, and so on). The wheel for adjusting your psi setting is excellent and allows you to dial in your setting quickly, unlike others that use a simple up and down button and appear to take a long time to reach higher psi settings. You can go as high as 160 psi. br>br>Inflating a tire with this unit takes about 10 seconds per psi, so it's not as quick as using a regular air compressor, but it's very convenient to just set your psi and let it go. When the psi is set correctly, it will automatically stop. br>br>All of my tires were underinflated, but my lowest one required about 10 psi, while the others required about 5-psi. I felt the unit when I was finished, expecting it to be hot or the battery to be hot, but neither was the case. Of course, I inflated each tire one by one and let it run for about four minutes. Total time: 5 minutes. It hadn't been a long time, but it had been long enough for me to expect it to be warm, but it wasn't. br>br>This unit is loud, but not to the point of being annoying. It's a lot quieter than using a traditional air compressor to fill a tank. You can also turn it on and walk away from it until it turns off on its own if you don't like the noise. br>br>I put a 4AH battery in it and it still sat flat on the ground (one of my attached photos shows the unit with a 4AH battery). I don't have a larger battery, but I believe that if you used a 5AH or larger battery, only the battery would be on the ground. It's probably not a big deal because it'll still work, but some people may object. br>br>I like that it has an integrated LED light because you never know when you'll need it. I haven't tried it for inflating anything with the high flow tube, but I'm sure it can handle it. br>br>It's great that it has onboard storage for everything included in the package. Everything fits inside or on top of the unit, so you'll never be without the right tool for the job. br>br>A 12v car plug adapter (the type that plugs into a cigarette lighter socket) is available. That's fine by me; I'll probably only use it with batteries, but having the backup cable is useful. I'm guessing there's an AC adapter somewhere, but it's not included. *****ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I SAW ANOTHER REVIEWER SAYING IT DOESN'T COME WITH A CAR ADAPTER, BUT IT DEFINITELY DOES, YOU CAN SEE THE CORD IN ONE OF MY PICTURES****
br>The one thing I wish this had, and I'm not sure why it wasn't included, is a USB port. Of course, it's not a deal breaker, but with a unit like this that might be kept around br>br>The digital readout is very clear and easy to read, and it is also backlit, allowing you to read it from any angle. As the tank fills, the psi will rise on the readout. br>br>Overall, this appears to be a well-made device that makes inflating tires (and other inflatables) a breeze. I would strongly advise anyone to buy this, as it appears to be the best portable inflator I have ever seen. Buy it. br>br>UPDATE: 6/9/19 I've had it since November of last year. I've used it several times on a variety of tire sizes and it continues to perform admirably. It is extremely user-friendly. Excellent product, which I continue to recommend.

Purchase only if you plan to use an AC outlet
3/5

Despite claiming to support AC power, the inflator does not come with an AC connector, which I didn't realize until the item arrived. I bought it solely for the purpose of being able to plug it into an electrical outlet. Furthermore, neither this listing nor the Dewalt website specify which AC adapter should be purchased. (I learned about it from other Amazon users; search for "N557514. ") ")br>br>I needed an AC adapter, so I ordered one. which is rumored to cost around $80, almost as much as the inflator - It was delivered today. And it's the most inconvenient device you've ever seen: it's half the size of the inflator, with one short 15" cable connecting it to the inflator and another short 30" cable connecting it to a wall. So now you have a massive brick dangling between your wall and this inflator, which has a 30-inch hose. For a compact tire inflator, this is the most awkward physical design imaginable. GG. br>br>The function is straightforward, and I like how it shuts down when it reaches a preset PSI level. It also has a meter that displays the tire's PSI (and other information). You've made a connection with it. Unfortunately, the target PSI appears to reset each time it is reached, so if you're inflating four tires to 30 PSI, you'll have to set your Dewalt inflator target PSI to 30 PSI four times. I'm irritated. br>br>.

I had high hopes for Dewalt, but the execution was lacking
3/5

The high flow side works well, though the hose is a little stiff and short, and the high pressure side isn't as good. It took 5 minutes per tire to add only 5 pounds. I own an eight-wheeled travel trailer. They were both at 59 psi, when they should have been at 65 psi. It took five minutes to complete. The battery died on the eighth tire after six minutes. There appears to be very little air coming out of the high-pressure side, as if the pump is too small. I had hoped for more from a pre-sold item.
