Questions & Answers
The skis' edges and side walls are connected through two end brackets, so you can attach them just by applying two end brackets as necessary. They can be removed during waxing and/or repairs by wrapping the bottom with a Center Cams clamping. The solution for most of these situations is to clamp your ski sides tightly together, unobstructedly, in order to maximize your grip. Those are our deepest and fullest moments. Its rounded shape helps add value in the market. There is still thread on the screw rod as well as more threads in the clamp on this screwdriver when I tested this today. The maximum opening has been 110mm. You should be able to withstand the full force of this measurement if you let go of the binding. Having held down this thread bar for much time I will probably clamp it lightly so not to over exert the most delicate threads caught. The most common clamping width ensures great stability, which makes work a great experience.
Our Swix vises have no identification printed on them since they are made there. A package is no longer available for us. Our apologies for not being able to assist you.
Racewax: Marc from this crew: not all of that is changing is the size of the touching pads on the center jaw - aside from having it open a little more, it simply refers to the width of the thumb strap, not its depth. With around 100 mm toko and 50 mm to Swix, the distance is close to 20 cm. There is the same ability to use end support. Thanks
My solution to this problem is to use one of three approaches. This method means the end measurements can be shortened while removing the middle clamp as much as 1/2 inch in height (2) a 1" smal piece of wood can be placed under the middle to raise the middle bracket 3) set the clamp, whichever is better for holding in position. If you look at this chart, you'll see that these approaches have worked for me.

the limit at which the jaw is reached for work on unmounted skis is 100mm. During resonant engagement, 4 threads per screw apply to the 90-degree clamping joint at the 100mm length. In addition, since the supporting components of the outer end pieces are narrow, it is easier to hold mounting skis. To get a bit higher, you will have to use a block of wood, since the whole thing is mainly intended to be mounted to skis. If the table is less than 58mm thick, the clamp can accommodate the height. A 20mm spacer must be used to hold the top in place if you are bringing unmounted skis to the factory for cutting. Generally, if you don't work at unmounted skis, you can just dampen the binding and it should work fine. A product of high quality. Having the vise made in Italy really improves the job. Most parts of the fork come with acme threads, and the hub screws are made of bronze threaded inserts, and washers on one part. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who desires a good machine for a long time. I looked at all the competitors on the market, and to get the best results you will typically pay twice as much.
They are good for hot wax skis and ski tuning. They are sturdy and well suited to a work bench. The rubber pads keep the ski installed when you wax it. It takes the least amount of effort for hot waxing and I just order just the two end pieces. Waxing does not require a center position. In addition, you won't find fat powder skis with it, as another comment noted. Technically, these are skis only; they cannot be used unless they are used only for hard core skiing. When I used to own these tools, I wish I had bought them sooner. It's easy to wax them.
It's great, and it would have been better if I had scrimped it. With existing vices, Clamps, and Jigs, I tried to tune, but I failed. With this set, you do not have to use so many steps to move your skis. During the lifetime of your knees, they should last a long time. When a family of four skis is kept tuned on skis for less than $1,000 by a shop, it is worth trying. Every tuning session will cost you $50 for the set in four pairs. I promise you, you will be amazed how well they do. If you want to learn more, watch YouTube videos.
Alpine and Nordic skis work great with this tool. If I am working near the edges of the wood, I feel really good about being able to tilt it.
The skis are well-rounded if the rubber can protect them, it is usually an easy task. The subject of this book may come to mind if you are wondering if this will pay off. I believe it will.
A good job. Having a waxing service on my skis is worth the price as you'll be able to enjoy them without dependent on the usual schedule at a busy ski shop.
Several times a week do I read in the mornings -& On all occasions, we ski as much as possible. The skis that my family usually skis on are 5 - 40s in tune. We had a smooth operation with this vice system. No matter your size, it still holds and supports your skis. My recommendation for beginners to advanced racers is that you consider this system.
Keeping skis clear in the cold while sharpening, waxing, and binding maintenance is much easier with these. Even with several years of experience working in professional ski shops, these vises give the impression of having worked on many pairs and handle them effectively. You might need to invest in these if you're an experienced ski maintenance expert.
