Can you tell me what the weight rating is ?

The width is pretty wide, so people using them should be fine up to about 210 pounds. This is my estimate and is not very scientific.

Could someone 6' tall and 185 pounds ski this if they've never done it before and are a novice skier?

It would be ideal for a beginner of that size to use these skis.

There is no doubt that these keys will work for you. A pair of skis makes getting out of a snowbank super simple. If I had to buy them again, I would.
