I have no idea what you're looking for. Neoprene is the material. Because these are diving suit pants, they are waterproof. However, the waist and leg holes do not create an airtight seal, allowing water to enter. It would be wet if you didn't wear underwear, which I don't. Mine is an indoor pool that I use on a regular basis.

Woo hoo! We have a pair of wetsuit pants that actually fit us "full-figured" women. The legs are a little long (I'm 5'4"), but that's fine because the rest of the garment stretches to protect my well-proportioned thighs, calves, and buttocks. This was perfect for kayaking because it kept me dry but not too hot and sweaty.
These pants are extremely popular among my husband's friends. I went out and bought a second pair. We bought a 3XL for him because he normally wears a 2XL. It was a good thing we did. They're almost too small, but the material has enough stretch and they don't appear to be too tight. He's got a big stomach. Lol. We've never purchased anything similar before, so we're not sure how snug they should be. He has a natural ability to bend and squat. Overhanging of the belly button is not caused by the waistband. He uses them to metal detect in the sand and water at the beach. They have a little padding at the knee, which helps him dig in the sand, and they are warm in water around 60 degrees, according to him. That is the coldest water he has ever experienced. He wore them all day on the beach in 79-degree weather. He claimed that he did not overheat. When you rinse off, the sand simply falls away. He simply shakes them out when they are dry. So far, there have been no issues with my machine while it was being washed in cold water. I don't use the dryer to dry them. Since we got them, he's worn them a few times. After reading other reviews, I was unsure about the sizing. I'm 5'3" tall and weigh 135 pounds, so I ordered a Medium. My husband stands 5'9" tall, weighs 165 pounds, and wears a size Large. Both were a perfect fit, with plenty of room for stretch. Mine has a little extra room in the crotch for spare parts. Last week, we put the wetsuits, as well as our new Capas neoprene socks, to the test in weather and water in the 50s. We didn't feel the least bit chilly.
Although they are a little difficult to put on, they aren't as difficult as many other pants made of this material. They're both warm and water-resistant. If you wrap tension bands around your ankles, you'll be fine. Water pours right into the pants and travels all the way up to your buttocks because the ankles flare out so much. That's not very enjoyable. To prevent this, I wish they were snug around the ankles. Otherwise, even if you're a 3X, they do the job without being too rigid or difficult to get into or out of.
I'm a big fan of these pants. They're toasty even when it's 65 degrees outside and I'm paddling in 50-degree water. After a few times of wearing them, they soften up and feel like a second skin. They don't feel constricting or scrunch up behind my knees in any way. They're high waisted, which I like because it emphasizes my curvy figure. I alternate between sitting, standing, and kneeling.
