What's the best way to put them in place? I use three two-pound weights for my hips and back; What is the approximate number of people I'll require?

I use a lot more weight, but a weight "string" must have one at each end. To keep the weight from moving around if you only use three weights, you'll need six on either side of it.

Time will tell how good the product is, as some "stainless steel" items corrode in a matter of years. I'm not implying that the product isn't what it claims to be; It's simply impossible to judge it until a significant amount of time has passed.
