Despite looking at the measurements, I cannot figure out What is the difference between 34 inches and 32 inches. It is 5 inches long. ?

There is a 32-inch seat, not a 34-inch seat, and it will not fit my Mad River canoe. As well, the picture shows a cane seat finished in natural colors. It had been stained with a dark brown stain when it was delivered to me. It is important for this seller to take the time to carefully describe the product they are advertising.
