Hover-1 H1-100 Electric Hoverboard Scooter with Infinity LED Wheel Lights

Toward the beginning of December, I got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The car was delivered on the 25th of January of course, and it started having issues with one wheel right around the end of the month. In this way, Amazon was no longer able to accept returns on this item and it went back to the manufacturer instead. I found Hover- through a link on Amazon A page dedicated to returns and warranties on site 1. My hoverboard decommissioning instructions left me confused and pitiful about how I was to take pictures of it before and after it was decommissioned. As you can see in the video below, I did it after watching the battery removal video and cut out wiring that I was not absolutely certain was the right place. Despite that, I was unable to make much sense of that part since it was different from my hoverboard. Now, let's get to the deal breaker. After sending the email with the pictures for a week and a half without hearing back, I decided it was high time for a follow-up email to see if there was any news and to ask if I did the wiring correctly. There is nothing. There is nothing. Approximately 3 weeks after sending the email, I ask what is going on so I can pursue other options. That still did not work. Having not received a return email from Amazon after 3 1/2 weeks, I contact Amazon again because I can't locate

I sent that same email asking for support. Amazon tells me it's outside of their warranty period, but I was already aware of this. When I requested contact from hover- I explained that I wanted to know if they could help me Firstly, because they might give a damn if it is coming from them as opposed to someone else. It was my understanding that I would be given a one-time exception and refunded, but I would have to pay a restocking fee of $40. B and I talked on the phone. It should not be necessary for me to pay for hover-boards The first company did not honor their warranty as well as I bought a 2 year extended warranty through Assuron on Amazon that seemed After talking to them, they told me they were going to refund the two years' worth of service along with the hoverboard, and they would charge the restock fee but refund it when they received the hoverboard back. It's that simple. However, Amazon tried to get one over on me as well even after it made it right. The retailers should be pressured to be honest and accurate when it comes to warranty work. We should not have to pay a 'restocking fee. ' If I have to pay to have the return shipped, I will find out tomorrow. The picture is my 'decommissioned' hover board. What a waste of money. Hovering is a pain - The retailer in question is terrible in terms of POS. You can get a hoverboard elsewhere and remove them from your list.

It's on the app and not the device that you can get the accurate battery charge information. On the device it shows the full charge. The kids won't notice a low battery when they are young. The app doesn't allow us to turn off all of the lights from the app because the speakers are not as loud as we had expected.

After receiving my first I100 hoverboard two weeks ago, I received another two weeks later. In fact, I had to return the first one after riding it from my dining room to living room because one side of it stopped working after a short time. I got off and turned it off after it got wonky and started spinning uncontrollably. When I turned it back on to calibrate it, and when I turned it on to try again, it was completely unresponsive on the right side. I had to charge I have not changed anything. After returning it, I was sent another one that was just like it. My second one arrived today, and I have no way to turn it on right out of the box. While I tried to charge it, the charger just stayed on green and it wouldn't It is so frustrating to have a total lack of response from this company. In my experience, I have not had any problems with the H1 hoverboards I own. Whether this was because of this specific model or if there was the chance that I would receive two duds in a row is unknown. As a result, I'll have to return to the site am unsure whether I will try and get a third one or just get a different one. If I had no stars on it, I would have not submitted the review, but it made me give at least one star. Sorry to have disappointed you.

I don't think I've ever been so happy to be skiing. Our kids bought these as Christmas presents for me, but at 6'1" and 225lbs, I have as much fun in them as they have. It is very sturdy and it is noticeable as I don't know how heavy it is, but it is noticeably more solid and heavier than other similar items I've handled. This bike has certain features that we like the most, including Bluetooth function so you can stream music while you ride, as well as self-balancing feature that makes it unique. Although I'm clumsy in the riding department, the bike has a remarkably forgiving nature that allowed me to get on and off just like a teenager in just a matter of minutes without having ridden anything There are awesome lights that allow my kids to enjoy all day right outside in the evening. The only downside is that because my kids are so hard on things, this one gets scuffed, scraped and dingy very It's been functionally flawless so far and has stood up to them crashing into things and dropping it a few times, so the superficial scratches it's gotten over the years are nothing more than Occasionally, the app (Apple) to control certain settings can be a bit glitchy, but it doesn't affect the functionality in any way. In terms of changing the lighting color schemes and such, it is not as seamless as This hotel gave us a great value for the money that.
