These are worn under their shorts by my two boys, ages 8 and 12, almost every day. We live in Utah, which has a lot of cold days. Both boys participate in soccer and have two practices per week. They prefer to train outdoors three times per week and prefer to wear leggings. We've tried Under Armour, Nike, Scheels, Sportsmen's Warehouse, Costco, and just about everything else. Leggings are a must in our house. In our experience, the Under Armour ones lasted the longest, but they still have holes in the knees and are quite expensive. They do, however, wear out more quickly for us due to the rougher use they receive from my children. I was more concerned with finding a pair that would last more than five uses than I was with the price. So far, they've been fantastic! They are most similar in weight to the UA brand, but at a fraction of the price; they will still wear out, but they are better than most; and I highly recommend these if you are looking for warm, slightly heavier weight leggings. Given the price/quality ratio, this is without a doubt the best deal!.
I'm extremely happy! I'm going to return the name-brand item. My son stands 5'2 inches tall and weighs 93 pounds. He has a long, lean physique. I was hesitant to size up to an xl because I didn't want the waist to be an issue, but the large's length might be a little longer. However, I believe it works well in general. To give everyone an idea, he usually wears a 14 slim in jeans.
My tall 7 1/2-year-old received the size M. They aren't clinging to him, as you can see. He still enjoys them, and the length and waist fit him perfectly. They appear to be a little tight around the waist, and they would probably fit my skinny ten-year-old better. The fact that it is super soft on the inside is a plus. We're going outside now, in 42-degree weather, to test it out!.
They arrived on time and have performed admirably! They are thick, warm, of good quality, and they look fantastic! Our son stands 55" tall and weighs around 63 pounds, making him tall and slim. Although the small doesn't quite reach his ankles, no one will notice because he wears tall socks on the outside, as he does. He would have lost his grip on the medium. We ended up ordering a variety of colors, as well as mediums, for next winter.
My skinny ten-year-old is wearing a size medium. They are extremely comfortable to wear. I bought these because they were super warm and thicker than the ones I had previously purchased. They're perfect for the fall and winter months. They lasted longer than some of the national brands, according to another review. Everyone's knees have been worn out by my son. I bought a pair of Nikes and gave them to him at the same time, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they hold up. Also, it's ten dollars less. Let's see how things turn out.
These leggings are very attractive. I bought a small for my 9-year-old, who is 5 feet tall and weighs 55 pounds. My first impressions are that they are thicker than leading brand name leggings, which is great because we live in the northeast and he wears these to school under shorts even in the winter. They're also less expensive than the name-brand leggings we've bought in the past. The fit is excellent as well. Because he is so thin, there is a slight sag, which I expected. We'll have to wait and see how they hold up now.
The first time you put it on, you'll notice a hole. Update: Following my initial review, the company contacted me and offered me a replacement pair. That alone has made me a lifelong customer; even if I have a problem with the product, I will always remember how professionally my situation was handled. Thank you very much! br>br>These were a Christmas present for my son, and he used them for the first time today while playing basketball. He has a hole in his leg from a previous fall on the court. Now I understand why I spent so much money on the Under Armour brand: you get what you pay for.
incredibly soft and comfortable I bought two athletic long-sleeved shirts. Bayleaf undershirts with sleeves for our 12-year-old athlete. They are preferred by our son over the other brands he owns. They've been in use for quite some time. 3 years of soccer practice and games (18 months) 6 nights in some weeks) and washed more times than I care to remember (truly in hot weather at times and probably against recommended care). They have never shrunk and are much warmer, softer, and more durable than Nike, Champion, and other similar brands. We've owned a few Under Armour base layer tees. Because they've held up so well (after all that stretching and washing, all seams are still intact), Purchasing a pair of their thermal base layer fleece tights was a no-brainer because they've remained unbelievably soft, elastic, and comfortable (inner fleece lining hasn't pilled)! He stands around 4'11" tall, weighs 85 pounds, and has a muscular build with average leg length. He was on the lookout because he was pursuing her. We ordered the next size up because we were at the end of his age range's sizing. The market- off is that they are currently quite loose and long, but due to their excellent construction, they should fit and last for several years before being outgrown. Honestly, they're so soft that I think I should get a lady's Bayleaf base layer set!.
