Questions & Answers

I have an eight-speed Bianchi and would like to replace the cassette with an Ultegra 11/28T. Is this possible and do I need any additional parts? Is it better to be in a chain or in space?

It's likely that all you'd need is a new front right brake, chain, and a 10-foot extension. a cassette player This is due to the fact that as we progress through the gears, the rear sprockets become closer and the *outside* part of the chain becomes smaller (up to 10-speed). This is not the case for 11-year-olds. speed). I disagree that a new rear derailleur is required. The front crank and derailleur will continue to function normally.

Is it intended for a road bicycle?

Si Sr. in the direction of the rutas Serie Ultegra (Ultegra Series)

Is it possible to use this cassette with a 12-inch player? 30 Tiagra cassettes, each with ten speeds?

Yes, this is a 10-speed cassette that will fit your bike.

Hello, I'm swapping out "Shimano 105, 10-speed" for "Shimano 105, 10-speed." 12-minute speed 27t". I don't think 12-year-olds should be allowed. Select 27t from the drop-down menu of available sizes. Could you use a different size? Thanks. ?

I'm not sure if you meant to ask the vendor or the buyer this question. But, in any case, your Shimano 105, 12-speed can be replaced. 27t with a different cassette size, as long as it's a 10-inch one. If you go with a 11-speed, you can choose between SRAM and Shimano. 28 You'd broaden your gearing range, gaining both a higher and lower gear. I began with a 12-pack of cigarettes. 27 and went to an 11-year-old. A few years ago, I was 28. I regret not doing so sooner.

Shimano's quality can be counted on
5/5

There are no surprises in this replacement cassette, which is exactly what I want. These items last a long time, shift smoothly, and the 12-month warranty is an added bonus. All but the most difficult climbs benefit from the 30 range. The Ultegra series appears to be the ideal weight-to-quality ratio for me. Dura is correct. Although the Ace is lighter, I believe the Ulterga will last longer in the long run, and despite the fact that there are cheaper cassettes available, I am confident in the shifting quality of this cassette and have not been disappointed with my purchase.

I'm glad I bought it because it's a huge improvement! For months, my road bike has been causing me problems shifting
5/5

My chain appeared to be in good shape, so I just kept adjusting and fighting it. Even though my old cassette appeared to be in good shape after 6000 miles, I finally decided to try this new one. This is a huge improvement! It's all back to normal now. It was an 11-inch cassette that I used to listen to. I was 28 years old at the time and decided to give this 11-year-old a try. As I've gotten older, I've found that climbing hills is a little easier. Although two teeth on the lower gear may not appear to be much, they make a significant difference. I can now climb steeper hills with ease thanks to my larger front gear. This was something I should've done sooner. I'm not a mechanic, but with the right tools, I was able to put this together quickly.

Shimano
5/5

Shimano is a well-known brand that can't be faulted. The best, longest-lasting, quality control, smooth operation, and the brand name speak for themselves. When it comes to your bike, never scrimp on cheaper alternatives. If you want it to last a long time and operate smoothly, you should invest in it. Shimano is your best bet. Over the course of my life, I've owned eight bikes. Shimano has been the only brand I've used so far, and it's a reliable brand. br>br>One gripe. The cost of living continues to rise. My blood is almost too thick to handle. br>br>Fulcrum. br>br>.

I'm liking it so far

It's a lot more comfortable than the old 105 11-inch model. 28 Cassette. . . (ie, the old Shimano 105 mechanical drivetrain was recently overhauled and replaced with a brand new Shimano Ultegra cassette). chain as needed per my lbs mechanic's recommendations and after checking with a chainlink stretch device. ) So far, it's been great with a 50/39 chainring on rolling hills with elevation changes of 400-600 feet. 1000ft at 6 % 25% grade at some locations of which the upside is that I’m using almost all of the gears more efficiently and pacing a lot more efficiently as well, you will lose top position So forget about bombing hills; once you get above 45mph, you'll just spin-out. out. . . . . . So far, so good. . . Have fun on your ride!.

On the flats, it pairs nicely with my Shimano 105 derailleur from 2013

My Specialized Roubaix 105 11-speed bicycle has been replaced. 27 cassettes, each with a 12-minute tape. 23 "corn- cob". Park tools FR- are required. This unit includes an extra spacer, but it's unclear whether you'll use it. When I installed the inner cog without the spacer, it collided with my plastic spoke guard, but not when I installed the spacer. My current (4,000-mile) cassette shifts much more smoothly. It would probably work better with the Shimano 105 rear derailleur's short cage version. This isn't a hill-climbing cassette, but it's fantastic on flat ground. br>BC 09-Br>BC 09-BC 09-BC 09-BC 09-BC.

This cassette is one of my favorites
5/5

I've been riding for two years and put in 3,500 miles per year on average. My Trek Domane 4 is one of my favorites. 5 points for 11 points I live in the Central Valley of California, where the riding is all flat. I had a 28 105 that came with the bike. I struggle on the steep grades when riding in the Sierra Nevada, Pacific Range, and along the coast, and wish I had that extra gear. Shimano's CS- series is a high-performance, low-cost alternative to Ultegra 6700 12-speed transmission The solution was a 30T 10 Speed Cassette. The 30 has always come through for me when I needed it. Don't get me wrong: I miss the 11 a. m. wake-up call. For descents and top speed, you'll need a score of 28. It was simple to replace the cassette with the right tools. br>br> The B adjuster was slightly tweaked. It really works.

Cassette(s) of exceptional quality I'll start by saying that I have a lot of Shimano Ultegra Cassettes for all of my bikes, and I adore them all
5/5

I switch cassettes every now and then, depending on whether I need an extra couple of teeth for a touring ride or a small tooth for a potentially faster ride. If you keep them clean, you'll be able to ride each cassette for thousands of miles before needing to replace them.

The ideal gear ratio is one in which the gear ratio is one in which the gear ratio is This cassette is ideal for my requirements
5/5

The 12- On both the high and low gearing, 30T provides me with one lower gear. Originally, my bike had 11-inch wheels. The cassette is 28T. It doubles the size of my compact (50 x 50 x 50 x 50 x 50 34) it's a lot easier to deal with. I find that I spend roughly equal amounts of time in both the higher and lower front sprockets. In the hills of the Bay Area, the lower gear aids my ascent. It wasn't necessary for me to have a very low (i. e. I prefer small changes in rear gearing to large changes associated with extremely low gearing on mountain bikes. In addition, I didn't have to change my chain when I switched to a new cassette.
