Definitely not Shimano brand shifting

This shifter does not originate from their brand, it's a knockoff. It also appears that Shimano does not license small manufacturers like Hycline to display Shimano branding on their products, which may also make it an illegal copy. Nonetheless, it is impossible to tell one from the other once installed.
It comes in bubble wrap packaging with no instructions whatsoever. Since there is still lots of adjustment left on the bike, I cannot tell if this is working. The shifting distance in an ATM appears to be slightly larger than the distance between the sprockets in a As soon as I get it all to work, I'll post an update.
