Townie bicycles are not compatible with this product. The latching bar for the baby seat is too far forward, and the seat is blocking it. Even with the seat all the way down (which means it is in its most forward position), we have trouble latching the baby seat in my wife's Townie.
When the required bolts and brackets are not included in the package, installation is impossible. I placed an order for two of these. In the box, they were both marked as "new. " One had the correct labels and hardware, but the other had been re-packaged. It was packaged as if it were a returned item, with all of the hardware and branding inserts missing. I was extremely disappointed. I didn't open the boxes until after the return period had expired, so here I am. And, as far as I can tell, there is no way to contact the seller about the purchase on Amazon.

Because the tire rubbed on his mountain bike, we had to transfer his rack to his road bike. However, if it fits, it's an excellent system, particularly if you want multi-user capabilities. options for riding a bicycle.
I was about to return the rack when I discovered that the stabilizing arms could be attached to the seat post locking clamp. I also had to drill out a couple of pre-existing holes for the bottom to fit into, as well as add longer hardware and nuts to keep it in place. After some reworking, engineering This rack is extremely durable and should be able to store supplies for many years.
This is a strong bicycle attachment that comes from the field. It provides a lot of freedom and flexibility for both mom and baby.
Attachment parts and bolts are not included. The rack is all that is left. Even though it wasn't mentioned on the list, I guess you'll have to buy those extras. It depicts portions of the image.
It matches my seat perfectly. Due to the design of my road bike, it was a little difficult to attach, but my husband figured it out and it works perfectly.
