Who doesn't enjoy a relaxing bike ride along the beach while taking in the scenery? Nothing says "classic" like a cruiser, especially when it comes to beach biking. As a result, they may be cycling inefficiently, resulting in increased fatigue. To determine the proper seat height, follow these steps:
1. Place one foot on the pedal and rotate it to the 6 o'clock position, where it points straight down.
2. The top of your femur bone (hip bone), the bottom of your femur bone (that side knob around the middle of the knee), and the ankle ball are all to be found.
3. The three points (hip, knee, and ankle) should form a 30 degree angle.
4. Adjust the saddle's height until the ideal 30 degree angle is achieved. A 1 degree angle between the three bone points is equal to each 1mm of height adjustment. br>br>Wishing you a safe and enjoyable ride!.
When my father found out, he was concerned and drove me to get my bike, despite the fact that I was unconcerned. My friend had no idea what bike I was talking about at first. I reminded him that it was the beach cruiser I had let him use a few weeks ago and had attempted to retrieve several times. My friend seemed to be completely unaware that I had requested the return of my bicycle. I informed my friend that, while I was unconcerned, my father and I shared ownership of the bike, which was kept at my residence. My companion appeared to sympathize with my predicament, but the encounter ended violently.
I got it on 3/16, put it together (easily) on 3/29, and went for a ride on 4/2 (GLAD IT WAS NOT APRIL 1ST)br>Front brake lever snapped, and I didn't save the box or I'd have to return it. Tomorrow, I'll call Schwinn in the hopes that the vendor will notice and assist. utterly depressing.
I just got back from a bike ride, and I'd say it was a fairly smooth and easy ride, especially since I was riding in third gear. It was a piece of cake to sell things. Due to the hilly sidewalks, I rode it in first gear. On level ground, however, 2nd gear worked just fine. In matte black, the bike is stunning. While riding it, I did a lot of head turns. For nighttime visibility, I added a low-cost black front headlight, taillight, and spoke reflectors. I didn't give it any stars because I paid 55 pounds to have a bike assembler do it for me! It was a great buy. It's something I'll be riding for years! I recommend that you BUY IT!.
I went for a total of 12 rides on the bike. I'm a 65-year-old man, so I was riding at a leisurely pace, not jumping curbs or anything, and after about a dozen rides, the sprocket fell apart, and now I'm facing a repair bill. Not pleased at all.
Well constructed and exactly what I was looking for in terms of simplicity. The package was extremely well-protected and arrived in excellent condition. The seat, handle bars, pedals, and front wheel were all easy to put together. Having a good set of box wrenches in various sizes, as well as the appropriate sized allen wrench, aided in the speeding up of the process. Because I didn't intend to ride it in wet weather, I left the front fender off and removed the rear fender that had already been installed. giving it a more rugged, minimalist appearance I chose the one-speed model with coaster brakes, which rides very well. On roads with some modest hills, it's easy to pedal. I bought a water bottle holder and an under-seat bag, both of which went on without a hitch. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it did, in fact, have a kickstand, despite the fact that it does not appear to in the photo. I'm very happy with the bike; it's of good quality for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple cruiser bike to get some exercise around the neighborhood.
Bike arrived on time and in excellent condition. After a quick assembly, I discovered that the rear tire was defective, as it was unbalanced and scraped the frame on one side for about 6 inches. A replacement tire arrived on my doorstep two, count 'em, TWO days later, due to a rare factory defect! My only regret is that I did not purchase a 3-pack of cigarettes. As these old legs adjust to a single speed, it will take some time.
The color red is absolutely stunning. Love it! There isn't a better cruiser than this. This product was created in the United States. A bike is an excellent, comfortable mode of transportation, and you should own at least one.
