Questions & Answers

What is the maximum weight this can ?

Please accept our sincere thanks for your question. This is Dirza customer service. It can support no more than 200 pounds of load in theory. We tested it with a healthy adult who passed the test without any problems! Nevertheless, we recommend the load be no more than 120 pounds for safety reasons. I'd like to thank Dirza for its service *br>

With a mongoose 29" bike, I'm looking for a rack that is sturdy and can accommodate my bike. Do you think this will work?

Despite being adjustable to spare, I was able to fit a 27-inch laptop. 29" won't fit, but it "should" fit.

The school bag gets fixed on the backpack carrier if it is left on. How do I fix it What does it mean to not fall down when riding)?

The package comes with an extra wire that you can wrap around the product.

Do you think this will fit my women's "in the barrel" 7 speed 26" cruiser from sixthreezero?

This should fit without any problems. A clamp for attaching to seat posts and upper rear frame tubes. The height can be adjusted easily.

I found the system to be very effective for my needs
5/5

My wife and I bought this rack because we dislike the fact that we can't bring our dog along every time we ride our bikes. I needed a rack that could support a 26 pound dog and be stable, which is why I wanted one that attached to the seat and also had bars going back to the rear tire for additional stability. This rack did both, even though many racks can be purchased on Amazon. Afterwards, we went biking on a bumpy gravel road that ran parallel to the river we were fishing on. It was 12 miles in total. During the entire journey I never stopped or readjusted anything, and even though my dog was secured in the crate I attached to the rack, he was still moving around, yet no matter what I do, the rack stays put. I'm very satisfied with the way this rack has held up, even if my dog wasn't too happy to be in it. I'll only use this rack occasionally, but I'm very pleased with how it has held up.

The workmanship and quality of the work were poor
3/5

After nearly 4 months and only 2 uses, the following update is provided This is a total pile of garbage. Observations (below) which I found to be correct Its aluminum material is incredibly soft and cheap, and its tolerances are poor, which led to the quick release handle collapsing when I tried to attach it after the first time. My actions did not involve excessive force, a tool, or any other kind of lever. (Rest of the Bad) At this price, the materials are cheap and the tolerances are loose, even though the materials are cheap. even a slight amount of torque is applied to the screws, the (very) soft aluminum can be scuffed and dented. Because the tolerances for where the thick wire rim goes around the top of the rack are so loose, a welding operation was undertaken to bridge a material gap on one side (compare pictures 1 and 2). As you can see, the reflector mount is made in such a way that it makes installing virtually impossible a light in its place I am wondering if the addition of the end cap was a safety measure that was imposed by management and added at the last minute, or if it was merely an effort to cover the end of the main tube extruded. If I can't put a light there, it isn't useful to me in any case. In the fifth picture, the welds are hit and miss (see eighth Occasionally, there are good stories, but most of the time, it's a disaster. It doesn't seem like quality control has a problem passing it. Leaving the detachable loops meant to support panniers on the bike is pointless. It looks as if the bolts extend only a few inches down from the top. Without a tape measure on hand, I would estimate that the bolts extend about six inches from the top, which is simply not long enough for most Therefore, I will not be able to use panniers. If you were to describe the loops, I think they would be described as decorative. You might think of them as cute, but still Not at all. There was one screw and nut missing from my kit. One other small complaint the hardware is basic - mostly nuts and bolts. The extra weight makes the system feel heavier than it needs to be, which is not the case. Even though they provide tools and although it is likely that you'll only need to set it up once, it is also unsightly in an industry obsessed with clean aesthetics. There are many good things about this product Normally, rack eyelets are affixed to the frame, but this setup clamps to the seat post and the seat stays, so if your bike lacks eyelets for a rack, it can be used. The supports that run from the rack to the seat stays can be mounted in three different ways, though if you choose any option other than the middle, longer screws (not included) will be needed.

The installation process is very simple
5/5

This is the best thing ever. The installation of my bike was simple. I can now go grocery shopping on my bike. I installed it in about 30 minutes. It's good that they included shorter screws because of the size of my bike. I had to move them so they don't interfere with the spokes.

My commute is made easier with this
5/5

For my work commute, I wanted a rack that can be mounted on the chainstays of an old carbon fiber road frame I have (there are no mounting points). To get to work, I have to ride 15 miles each way from home, so I was thinking of adding panniers to my rack. This rack was easy to install and is extremely secure. The seatpost mount and chainstay braces add an extra layer of security. There is about 15lbs in the panniers I snapped on top of this rack, and it feels solid and sturdy. During my ride, I did not encounter any problems.

This rack has proven to be a great buy for me
5/5

I have been very satisfied with this rack since it was installed. In contrast to my old rack (a seat mount rack only), this rack stays in place even when I move around. It took us a bit of time to install the seat post. There is a quick release for the seat, but if you mount the side clips, it's a bit of a waste. Basically, there were a lot of screws arranged in an awkward way. It was equipped with all the tools needed, however. Two sizes of screws are present, the default ones for the side mounts were too large and bumped the wheels, but those screws may be swapped out for the smaller ones that would connect the luggage rack to the side rods. I was surprised by how light it was, as it doesn't add a great deal of weight to the ride. A bungee cord is built in, which I didn't notice from the picture, and I also like how it comes with a tripod. Additionally, it comes with good quality rubber grips both for connecting the side support bars to the bike frame and for the seat post. The plastic I had on my last luggage rack was cheaper than the plastic on these. Additionally, the side supports don't interfere with me having the ability to attach a rear bike light to the back frame, so I was pleased about that.

Some full suspension bikes are on the agenda
5/5

I installed this on my full suspension Schwinn, as you can see from the pictures. Manufacturer recommends against the use of this for full suspension bikes, maybe because of the way most bikes are designed to handle rear suspension. Nevertheless, the braces are attached to the same section of the frame as the seat tube, which means the rear shock shouldn't cause any damage to it. I'm going to take more photos of the brace connections so you can see more detail. There is also probably a small reduction in maximum loading capacity due to the braces being attached at the angle shown. The rack feels very sturdy and can probably carry a lot more than a rack that attaches to only the seat tube. Additionally, the pannier bars are equipped with the rack, which are not included with full suspension bike racks.

I highly recommend this product
5/5

It is a great rack. On my carbon fiber frame road bike, the addition of this adds only a small amount of weight. Using this rack on my commute to work is a daily habit. Attached were two lightweight removable carriers, and it added only a small amount of It has been three months since I purchased it, and I am very happy with It is easier to install than you think! Despite his age, my 15-year-old son was able to install the rack on his own without any issues! This rack is great, and I plan on purchasing another one to put on another carbon frame road bike I have!.
