Questions & Answers
It's great to hear from you. Thank you. It is difficult for me to find the exact dimensions of that crampon online, and we do not have it in our store, so I cannot give a definitive answer. A bag has a diameter of 27 inches. A 9 by 12 piece of paper. A square of seven by seven. Six centimeters. It seems that crampon sizes do not vary much, so I would expect that they would fit you. We would be glad to answer any other questions you might have.
With the BD Crampon Bag, crampons are basically enclosed in a bag with a mesh lid that allows for ventilation. Our bags are approximately 14" x 6" x 4" in size. We sell thousands of them to individuals who primarily use them as storage containers. In other words, yes, it should hold that many quickdraws easily.
The bag is fairly tight, so I would say probably not. Isn't it going to be a good idea to roll them up in your gaiters, if you've got one?

There are thick and strong fabric fibers used in making this item With peace of mind knowing that your crampons will remain in good shape. The shirt I had with my crampons initially would eventually come loose while I was on my trek, so I had to replace it. Worried that my bag or bladder could be punctured, I retreated to my car. Consequently, I began researching the black diamond crampon storage bag, and I found the perfect solution to my concerns. In making this bag possible, your team put a great deal of thought into it. Besides the netting that allows water and ice to run off when you are trekking, it has loops on both sides for attachment and securing to your backpack. As a result of the netting, you can rest easy knowing that nothing will get punctured and there won't be any mold or fungus growing. The best solution for storing crampons is to keep them in a bag. Excellent book! I highly recommend it!.
I always ended up with holes in my crampon bags and everything else I tried storing them in. I used stuff sacks, plastic bags, ziploc bags, etc. I always had holes. The vent provides an airflow that can dry them off in time to prevent rust before they are sharpened. Nothing to worry about!.
Rubber tip protectors were handy in the past, but it was a chore to apply 24 of them (12 per crampon) each time I finished using my crampons, especially when wearing gloves. Unlike other crampons, those that I use here are only supposed to mate (points facing a point) and plop I can easily clip my crampons onto it or remove them from it by clipping it to the outside of my pack. Due to the little rubber point protectors, I avoided changing the crampons often because I did not want to do BR>I like the draining mesh front of the material as well as the strong material. You can clip it to your pack in multiple ways. The only reason I gave it a star is because it is not an "exciting" or "fantastic" product, since it is just a bag. This software does what it was meant to do well and what it was supposed to do. There is only one complaint I have, and it is that I would like to see a couple of loops at the bottom edges of the bag rather than just in the middle. I believe that by clipping it to your pack this way, it would be slightly easier to carry around and be less likely to bounce The only time I have used it so far has been on a mountaineering trip in Juneau (ice trekking and climbing glaciers) and I liked it much more than my previous method for protecting the skis It is indeed my intention to buy a second bag to keep my son's crampons in.
Your crampons will need to be collapsed to fit in the small bag before you can get them into your boot. When you consider that most serious mountaineers are diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, it doesn't seem bad at all There's a problem with their crampons having ball bearings on the attachments, which makes collapsing and resetting them so annoying!.
To store my Petzl Vasak crampons, I got this bag. They fit well in the bag, and I am very happy with that. As long as you collapse them and marry the heel and toe spikes, you shouldn't have any trouble fitting them. only thing that I did was make removable cardboard inserts to put in the top and bottom of the bag, which relieved some of the pressure from the metal heel guides that rise from the To prevent stress and/or punctures while packing the bag for travel it was just a matter of avoiding stress and punctures. I was able to close the bag without any difficulty regardless of the two inserts. What it advertises seems to be true Make sure you have crampons on hand. I like it, it's not fancy, but it's not necessary for the price I paid.
In your kit, you will need this item to store your crampons. Even so, you have to be careful not to rub your face against the sharp points. You know, like bladders filled with water!.
While hiking, I hang this case from my pack. *The materials are quite sturdy.
In addition, there is plenty of space for lashing gear to the bag. That's so sweet!.
