At the Grommit (Metal Rings), there is fabric ripping
I have bad news for you though this tarp has a problem point, and that is where the grommits (metal rings) are embedded in When a ring is put in enough tension, the fabric rips from it. When does the tension begin to build? I rip the tarp when I tighten the cord I tied around the grommit for the tarp to hold its shape. In order to resolve this issue, it is possible to take another material (duct tape, tarp, etc. ) and sew it around and over the gromits on both sides, either before or after the gromits rip. There is good news to report As a whole, the tarp does a fantastic job. This will work well for those who are looking for a tarp that will not be subjected to a lot of regular pressure or abuse. In case you are looking for something a little heavier- I would look elsewhere if it was not my duty.

This tarp was machine washable and did not make a noise like plastic crinkle tarps do
It seemed soft and pliable from the outset. The tarp makes no noise like a plastic tarp. While we were on our last camping trip, it rained heavily. I was very impressed with how well it worked! As it had gotten so muddy from all the rain, I washed it in my washing machine and hung it on a pant hanger to dry. The room was perfectly cleaned.
A good footprint is left behind
Glamping trip was a lot of fun. I brought a Cabela's Big Horn III tent along with me. This is a canopy tent that measures 12'x14' with a floor. In order to create two footprints, I needed two. In this case, regular poly tarps would add more weight than I wanted to carry. Should I also have wanted one for the add-on vestibule, I would have had to buy three footprints. After I set up that, I set it up. Because of these footprints, the bottom of the tent didn't get damp, and was kept clean from the sand. That's a good thing, because a large tent is not easy The footprints were just hung up and dried when I broke camp, as I brushed off the sand when I left.

The effect lasts only a short time
My boyfriend and I bought two of these a few months They both have the same problems. The o rings which attach the lines to are rusted and torn where it has detached The plants do seem to water well. There is no sure way to keep the o rings in place due to the o ring issue. Return window closed two days ago, so it has to go in the trash.

I cannot wear grommets! Grommets are too small for tent stakes unless you are using the stabby ones, so in order to use tent stakes, I punched holes through the fabric (bye, There were other issues as well
On a breezy day at the beach, it was just too much trouble. Could have taken a quilt instead, which would have saved me money.

This was a pleasant surprise since it was so cheap that I assumed it would have some This did not happen! This will work well under your tent as a footprint
The material is very light, highly durable, and waterproof. In addition to the several tents we now own, we pitch 3 tents to accommodate our large family.

The waterproof status has not yet been determined for me since I have only used it once and it did not rain. As a result, we were able to place it under our tent and extend it as a front porch (and the rain fly would have created a vestibule if it had been installed.
