After the bottom of my tent developed holes from being set up on soft grass, I purchased this tarp to prevent further damage. Unfortunately, my brother dropped me off at a very crowded campground, and our parking spot was made up entirely of small sharp gravel. The fabric of my tent floor was well protected by this tarp. When I went to put it away, the tarp itself had no holes, even after walking around on it.
I couldn't find a footprint for my Klymit Cross Canyon 2 tent, but this one looked pretty darn close in terms of size and shape. It looked as if it came straight from the factory when it came to my tent. It's extremely light, versatile, and affordable.
It's lightweight, compact, and it's great that it's the same size as our tent - 10' x 9'. Although there was no rain on our first camping trip, the groundsheet did an excellent job of preventing the condensation on the ground from wetting the underside of the tent floor. There is no moisture at all! I would strongly suggest it.
I didn't expect as much from this tarp but it is a truly high quality product. 100% waterproof and easy to use.
The size was exactly as advertised, and it fit perfectly in my Coleman Pine River 4 person. Tabs on the corners with grommets matched my tent and stakes perfectly. Over the weekend, we had some light rain, and the footprint helped to keep the tent dry by keeping the ground moisture out. I'm hoping it sticks around! The purchase was a great success.
This tent floor is excellent; however, I wish it were a little larger; however, it will suffice; it folds up small and comes with a storage bag.
This is fantastic. Tarps that haven't been used in a long time aren't going to hold up. This one is going to be interesting.
For the money, it's a fantastic deal. all of my equipment was kept dry.
