Although it is made from the same nylon material as black trash bags, it proved to be disappointing for a bivy I was hoping to use as a camping shelter. Although this item seem like a very few use type item, I should have taken it at face value, as it does seem like emergency survival item. The bag is rather difficult to put back into because the fold isn't perfect as well. I wish it were larger to accommodate the imperfect fold we had. But the water filtration deal is pretty neat on the side.

I bought it because I am moving to a colder climate We were blown away by how fast we received our package! Despite my expectations, this product exceeded them all! My glove box will keep this bivy tidy and compact because it is so small and compact.
