I have experienced this with other items I have brought but never with it. When you sleep outside you should invest in a bivy cover. If you feel like it and would like to be pampered, get one. It is always a better idea to use this item as a cover for your sleeping bag or blanket, as it is almost non-insulative. A second con is the fact that it can't be propped up without a stick, so when it rains you're limited in how much you can travel. That being said, this bag is suited for use in all types of weather and terrain conditions. Is it even necessary to bring a tent if the weather is going to be nice?
