A representative has reached out to ensure my concerns are addressed. Additionally, I informed them that 10 hours was the standby time. I believe this was an error due to a language barrier, so the listing was updated. I have also found this warmer heats up very quickly in comparison to others I have owned. My recommendation is to buy this product and go with this.

As soon as the product came out of the box, it wouldn't charge for more than a few minutes at a time. My computer was disconnected, and then I reconnected It connected and continued to charge for a few more minutes before coming to an end. There was no pack in my phone (the battery wasn't full). In my experience, the warmer heated up very quickly and I got plenty of heat from it, but the charge did not last long due to the devices inability to I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it was the same. The battery will charge for a few minutes before shutting off. I have emailed the seller to see if I can get a replacement, but I will update this review once I hear back. Therefore, I would say that you should avoid this type of hand warmer and instead try a different type.
