My employer imposed a requirement that we all wear high-visibility vests recently and one of the types they gave us was this I really don't like the ones they gave us because they won't fit a person with a waistline over 38" without hugging some very unsightly parts that I would rather not display. The product I found is easily adjustable to fit my needs, and I found it to be a great bargain. I am 42" tall and can make the straps fit snug or dangle very loosely depending on my mood. My job requires me to follow guidelines, so it's nice that I can find a level of comfort that suits me while still remaining within the confines of the job without straps damaging my muffin top inflated with beer. Lastly, my job provided me with a vest that did not last more than one wash in the machine before the reflective lines started to peel The one I've used has only been washed three times so far, but it's holding This would be a great buy for the price.

Running in the morning and evening to avoid the heat is something I do a lot of since I live in the tropics. It is great to have a reflective vest like this. It is higher-quality than the flimsy things we can purchase here, and I wear it on my cycle and when I run. This roof has been through many storms, but it keeps shining brightly keeping me safe even in the rain! It can be adjusted very easily, so it will work for most adults. I'm happy with it.

The vest is more of a belt rather than a vest. As expected, it is made up of a thick webbing, but I actually prefer to have it on an elastic band with a reflective strip that Since it is light weight, and doesn't add much bulk to your body, it is great for bike riding and running at night (see photo). The room is quite large, as well. Even when I put it OVER my cycling backpack, it still fits loosely. It seems to be on without even your noticing. The buckle ended up being easier to disconnect and reconnect when I stepped into it rather than removing and reattaching it. I highly recommend this book. Despite that I love the product a great deal, one thing I do not like about it is that because it is entirely elastic, it doesn't However, I would look for a product that has a waist band that stays on my waist if there is such a product.

Towards the end of the day in the NE, the sun set at 4pm and drivers were a bit cautious. It is unpredictable. I can make myself visible when I go for an after-work run/walk with this set (that contains a LED headlamp on my forehead). There are three issues to be addressed Running causes the over the shoulder straps to get slack and fall down my arms as the vest "ride up. ". Throughout the session, I wiggle the vest about, pulling the horizontal strap up around my midriff (especially in the back). However, I retain the stretching which holds the shoulders in place. It helps keep the front of my sweatshirt from riding up when I connect the vest just in front of the hand warmer. Also, I finished tightening the straps In any case, it rides off the shoulders and up in the middle. In addition, I am easily visible and have not been hit by a car yet. People can see if I'm giving a left/right turn hand signal by the ones on my wrists. I feel that by moving my legs, drivers will immediately identify what they are seeing is a bicycle. In addition to being incredibly visible, the band works well, is quite comfortable, and is highly functional. Nevertheless I used to wash them weekly or two times each in the washer, inside the pillowcase of a zippered bag. A set of the bands was so thin that the reflective material became so reduced that I had to buy a new set after 6 months. Then I just rinse them off once a month, because I wash them about once a month with laundry detergent, then move them around a bit before I wash them. Reflective materials are so far lasting longer than other materials. The vest appears to be made well. However, I did not like it when it was on very tight, and when it was too loose, I didn't enjoy jogging in it much either. As I already own a larger, full vest for biking with large reflective strips, I won't be wearing this for bicycling, but I have tried it once and didn't like the way it hung because I found it to be a little excessive, and that it was uneven. It might work well for some, but it is just a personal preference. It would be nice to purchase these again, and, no doubt, I will if mine wear out or lose their reflective properties.

The reason I purchased it was that I want to enhance my visibility when riding my bike early in the morning. Cars around me drive more respectfully immediately after I noticed that. In the winter, with my heavy jacket on, I will be able to adjust it around my waist to go comfortably over it. The shoulder straps and waist cinch have a lot of adjustment on them. You should definitely check it out!.
