If the pack is used for running, will it cause chafing?

Due to the fact that this is only used for hiking, I am unable to answer that question

What is the time before the water is back to normal temperature?

In fact, I had half filled the bladder pack and put it in the freezer over night. The morning of the next day filled it to the brim. I spend 8 hours in the bathroom.

Do you think this pack can carry a few extra items for a hike? What about your cell phone, food, etc? Or does it get pretty slim once it has water in it?

Despite having been able to fit another water bottle, wallet, and snacks in my backpack, I chose not to.

What padding is there on the straps to accommodate 26 miles of walking?

My backpack is very padded and comfortable, I use it almost every day and generally go on hikes of 10 to 15 miles

Despite how it works, there are some downsides

It is the perfect size for my 12 year old son to use for a day hike. He can store snacks, water bottles, lunch, and other essentials in the backpack. It is the bladder of the water that has failed. I'm pretty sure the handle is facing the wrong way. It is the bottom clip that is used to hold the bag up. In theory you could hook the clip to the handle of the bladder, but the plastic clip does not open wide enough. It didn't seem like the best solution, but it ended up working. We looped the handle through the clip and hooked the clip to the strap. might be difficult to fill the plastic bottle with 2 liter of water without it being very full.

Two times of use led to leaks

A leak in the lining is now evident after I have used this twice. The first two times it worked fine, however after two instances? If I'm not mistaken I'm pretty disappointed. It now does not hold any water and all I get is wet skin on my back. RECOMMENDATION DO NOT USE.

It would have been wonderful if I had been given this as a kid! It is by far the best backpack I have ever seen! It's kind of nice to have one myself, but I always find myself wanting one for myself! I love the helmet storage and the storage for the helmets is great

The backpack I'm wearing is great. It has a great compact size and the side pockets have tight elastic so you can easily keep items other than water bottles in them. Overall, this bag is my new go-to, but I wish it had more internal pockets (or simply pockets in general), and a better chest and waist strap, but overall I really like it. The act of packing.

In order to keep her hydrated, she wished to have is easily adjustable for an adult, but it is comfortable enough for her to wear as well. The woman enjoys it a lot.

Exactly what I expected

I like it a lot. Small packs are my favorite and this one is great for me. It was also nice that it came with a water bladder since it distributed the weight of the water and made things feel lighter than if I had been carrying My hiking poles were able to fit in the backpack along with everything else I needed for the hike.
