My Garmin Forerunner 35 does not fit in this band. It was a waste of money. The inside of the band has a bar that prevents it from attaching to the wrist.

I was hesitant to buy it because another reviewer claimed that the replacement strap didn't fit their Garmin Forerunner 35. When I received the replacement band, I assumed it was the wrong one as well. The white piece does, however, come off, and this strap will work with the Forerunner 35. A helpful video from Garmin shows step-by-step instructions. Look up "Support: Forerunner 30/35 Band Replacement" on YouTube to see step-by-step instructions on how to replace the band. br>br>The only thing about this new band that I don't like is that it's longer than the original. The band loops almost completely around my wrist, which is average in size. As a result, I've given it four stars.

The end of the strap that is supposed to be screwed in is blocked by a piece of hard plastic. It's completely ineffective and a rip-off. This is the second time I've had a problem with an Amazon purchase (the first time with this seller) - Simply accept the financial hit and order one from Garmin's website. br>br>UPDATE: The seller was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the problem. I'd made a mistake - Anyone who complains about this item not fitting isn't removing the old strap completely.

The quality is identical to the original, but the color options are more varied. The replacement band is extremely comfortable, and it's a perfect match for the original. It's also simple to install using the included screwdriver. Furthermore, I appreciate the color choices, which are far more extensive than those offered by Garmin. The only criticism I have is that I'm not sure how long the loops used to keep the excess band length from flapping around will last - But that was the same issue with the original, which is why I was looking for a replacement in the first place, so I can't really blame NotoCity!.

Garmin's own strap has the same texture and geometry as this one; It's very likely that they were made with the same mold. In my book, having two keepers rather than one is a plus. Even better, the buckle is black, not the eye-sore silver of Garmin's. The material isn't at all flimsy; in fact, it's a little stiffer than standard. br>br>Can you tell me why I deducted one star? For the color, but that is purely a matter of personal taste. The color appears to be a muted orange in a product photo, but it's actually a crazy fluorescent rave carrot. And when I say "fluorescent," I mean fluorescent in the sense that it returns UV in a visible part of the spectrum. It's impossible to ignore this band. Whether you agree with it or not, it is a statement.

I didn't want to spend nearly $30 on an OEM replacement, so I settled for this. It's extremely well-made and fits perfectly. My OCD appreciated the fact that the band is the same length as the original and that the holes are in the same spot. One minor point: the clasp on this band is black, as opposed to silver on the original. I have the black watch, and I think this one looks better than the one that came with it.

This low-cost knock-off from China On the Garmin Forerunner 35, off does not fit properly. It uses screws provided by 'NotoCity' rather than SNAPping into place like the Garmin band. which is incorrect – Screws with threads! (The thread on these screws is finer than the Garmin screws. ) ) The band itself is made of a thinner material than the Garmin band, is longer for some reason, and has a faint odor of the toxic waste Harbor Freight imports in all of its rubberized products. The Garmin band, on the other hand, does not emit any odor. Regrettably, Garmin does not provide additional color options. Oh well. RETURNED.

I went to Amazon and ordered two more bands so that I could keep wearing my favorite motivational tool to get more exercise. This strap was delivered quickly, but only one side was simple to attach. The other side took a few tries to screw on, and each time I screwed, it made a new hole. There was a large gap between the watch and the strap once I finally got it to stay in its original holes. I'm returning the item because I can't recommend it. Fortunately, I had placed a second order for a different band.
