The installation process goes fairly smoothly, the only complaint that I have is that the tie bars are not included. It might be better if the loops were longer, or if there were two of them instead of one. Also, including additional holes for bunji cords, as well as the ability to use the cable lock around the frame of the bike, rather than just the wheels, would be handy.
