Hello, you can use it best on your back if you sleep on it. Even though it can fall off during the night (but my acupressure globe seldom falls off), it is a gentle way of stimulating your acupoints, and acts as a gentle acupressure, helping you relax and ultimately drift off into sleep. This is a great product I have purchased three of In order to see whether these could help alleviate the pain of both my husband and son who suffer from neck and shoulder tension quite often, I bought them. It seems to relieve tension, according to both of them. It is no secret that everyone likes the smell and that it is not too overpowering. This shirt is very comfortable to wear because it is made of a nice, soft fabric.
3 ounces. I'm enjoying this neck pillow in the lovely amethyst color quite a lot. My shoulders seem naturally relaxed because they are supported by the weight of the pillow and the aroma of lavender which still remains strong. I find that even when I am not using the pillow, the pillow helps remind me to keep my shoulders down and away from my ears. In my yoga practice, I also use the pillow on top of my hips to help relax my whole body off the mat during the end-of-practice relaxation pose. Because it's the ideal weight, you can use it as a sandbag, once the pose is over. Oh my goodness. also own the matching eye pillow to go with this neck pillow, and it is also very comfortable to sleep with. For an extra dose of relaxation and calming any time you need a break during the day, I highly recommend both products.

The pillow is wonderful. A long pillow is not only useful as a neck pillow, but also to tuck your spine for a restful night's.
The bed is not comfortable at all, and I'm not happy with it. In the yoga studio, it would be distracting. We do not recommend it.
This pillow is a little larger than most you will find and conforms to your neck very well. The dish can be microwaved or frozen and served either warm or chilled. highly recommend this product which has proved to be superior to others!.
It works like acupuncture, and I bought it for my daughter who gets very bad headaches, and when she warms it up just a bit and places it around her neck or even around her head, it helps her feel better. The texture appeals to me as well and I use it regularly. This neck pillow is perfect.
You need to have this pillow - it's amazing It is so arthritic that I keep it around my neck even when I sleep. I bought a second one after the first one was so good.
