What is the width of the space?

1 3/4 inch tall

Is it possible to wear your shoes through the loops?

You make your own loop with the d rings, just like you would when putting on a belt, and it can be as large as an 8-foot circumference or as small as you want.

Is this yoga strap 100% cotton made of cotton made of cotton made of cott ?

No, I do not believe that is true. It's a little too soft; the cotton ones are a little more firm. It has a slight stretch and bends easily. I'm still using it for Iyengar classes, and it's fine, but for home, I bought the real cotton one with the square buckle, which I much prefer.

Are you looking for a D- Is it better to have solid rings or split rings? If you run your fingers through the straight part of the d- Is it possible to feel a separation between the ring and the strap's fabric?

They're solid in my purple one. They stay put and don't fall apart; I use them four times a week and they're great.

Well-made and, to my surprise, surprisingly soft

On Amazon, it is one of the cheapest. It's well-made and unexpectedly soft. For the quality, it's a good deal. It's long and nice. br>br>Some straps I've had in the past were abrasive to the skin, cutting into your ankle or whatever you're stretching. Because it's so soft, you won't be hesitant to pull harder for a longer stretch. When threaded through, the loops keep the strap from slipping. It appears that it will last indefinitely!.

There are no complaints here! I only started doing yoga a few months ago and quickly realized that if I wanted to progress in my practice, I'd need a yoga strap to assist me! When it arrived, I tried it out in a few of the more difficult poses, and it really helped

My forearm stand was the pose where it made the biggest difference; I couldn't get into it before I had this strap, but now it helps me stabilize my arms and makes it so much easier! Anyone looking for a low-cost, high-quality yoga strap should definitely check this out!.

It was exactly what I had hoped for

I needed a yoga strap for physical therapy at home, but I wasn't sure how long to get it. br>br>Both my physical therapist and yoga instructor advised that the longer the better, so I went with the 10-minute workout. foot. It's pink, and it helps my hips a lot. (I'm sure all of the other colors will work as well. ) The pink one was my absolute favorite. )br>br>A word of caution, which I'm sure everyone except me is aware of: Don't forget that there are metal D-shaped D-shaped D-shaped D-shaped D-shaped D-shaped D On one end of the strap, there are rings. When using it, be careful not to fling it around aimlessly or to use it to hit yourself in the eye, forehead, or any other body part. rings . Also, I've heard of people chipping their teeth.

br>I ordered the 6 foot, but it was too short for the chest/shoulder wrap I wanted to make. The seller sent a return and refund label right away. I have not yet received the 8-foot replacement, but I am anticipating its arrival.

Strap that is both soft and strong

This is a lovely yoga strap. I went with the blue, which is really nice. The length of this 8' mat is ideal for most yoga applications. This isn't a super-duper-duper-duper super-duper The strap is thick and "professional" in appearance, but the fabric is both durable and soft. Double d-rings are simple to secure. The ring buckle keeps the strap in place and prevents it from slipping. I expect this to last a long time in a typical home setting, but not so much in a yoga studio setting with constant use.

My new straps are softer than the rest of my collection

Who knew? I'm a yoga teacher in training, and I needed a couple more straps for when friends came over to practice. I assumed all straps were created equal, so I chose these based primarily on price, but they're MUCH nicer than other straps I've purchased! They're sturdy and well-made, plus they're SUPER SOFT and come in a variety of colors. I wish there were more color options in the 6 foot strap, as eight is a little more than I usually need, but I'll be picking up a few more to keep on hand.

This yoga strap was not up to the task. I ordered a ten-foot strap, but it was only nine and a quarter yards long. It was also narrow and made of a low-cost material. Fabric that feels and looks good. I gave it back to you. (Please accept my sincere apologies for the poor rating. ).

It's very sturdy and performs exactly as it should

This can be used to stretch. I bring it to yoga mostly because I don't want to use straps that someone else has sweated into and stepped on. This performs as expected; it's sturdy and non-slip, and I've washed and dried it with towels and light clothing with no problems.
